Friendly, helpful company. We've used this company to do electrical work on an elderly relatives property. Despite the distance involved it was easy to organise the necessary work via email and phone. Nick and Will are polite, efficient, understanding the needs of our relative. The work was done timely and fully cleaned up afterwards. Nick has also called round a couple of times to ensure the heating is working as required. Highly recommended for a competent job. Although we knew the install itself wasn't going to be straightforward, Nick and his team managed it brilliantly and professionally. ​Everything was completed exactly as quoted, and they took the time to patiently explain how the new charger works before they left. I would not hesitate in recommending Midmoors to friends and family if they were looking for somebody to carry out electrical work. Nick and Will carried out a fairly large domestic project for me (5 working days for 2 men). I did not know them before they came to quote for the project. This is my opinion of them. They are - · Reliable · Knowledgeable · Flexible · Personable · Client focussed – (they will take trouble to make sure that what they are doing is what you want) · Clean and tidy They wired up a garden room for me and connected it to the house. Because it was a wooden building, the cabling needed to be laid in conduit around the internal walls. They took great trouble over the appearance of the finished product and gave me options for the type of conduit to be used. The conduit was all accurately located in straight horizontal and vertical lines which is important for the overall appearance of the inside of the room. They also gave advice about how to achieve the best appearance for other elements of the project e.g. lighting. Part way through the project, they identified a different way of connecting the garden room to the house which saved me about £700. They did this voluntarily without any pressure or suggestion from me. They are both intelligent people who, from my limited knowledge of electrical work, seem very competent at what they do. They are a ‘father and son’ team so if you employ them, you get the benefit of both of their brains being applied to the work you are having done and working to overcome any issues. I am a qualified engineer with 40+ years’ experience of managing multi-disciplinary projects in the water industry. I would not hesitate to use them again.
